This policy explains how Opstride ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit opstridehq.com or contact us. We process personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations.

1. Who we are

Opstride is a business based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that builds AI agents and provides automation and advisory services. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@opstridehq.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit the "Book a pilot" form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

• Full name, company and work email
• Mobile number (optional)
• Industry, the department you would like to automate and your approximate monthly request volume
• Any message you write in the free-text field

Our hosting provider also records basic technical data needed to deliver the website and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build marketing profiles.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange a call or pilot
• To prepare a proposal or estimate you asked for
• To keep a record of our communication with you
• To keep the website secure and working

We process your form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and to take steps you request before entering into an agreement with us. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.

4. Who processes it and where

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and our communication:

• Netlify, Inc.: website hosting and form handling. Form submissions are stored on Netlify's infrastructure, which is located outside the Kingdom (primarily in the United States).
• Our email provider: delivery of form notifications and our replies to you.
• Google Fonts: delivery of the fonts used on this website, which involves your browser connecting to Google's servers.

Because some of these providers operate outside Saudi Arabia, data you submit through this website may be transferred abroad. We limit this to what is needed for the purposes above and rely on providers that apply appropriate security safeguards. This website form is separate from the services we deliver to clients. When we configure automations for a client, the client owns and controls its data, and Opstride acts only on the client's instructions under a written data processing agreement.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client (in which case the client agreement applies) or you ask us to delete it sooner. Form submissions are removed from our hosting provider once they have been moved into our records.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your personal data is collected and used
• Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data
• Ask us to destroy personal data we no longer need
• Withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@opstridehq.com. We will respond within the period set by the PDPL. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

7. Security

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you, and accounts used to manage it are protected with strong authentication.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services develop. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
